National Property Holdings, L.P. is a developer of commercial properties and industrial buildings, both speculative and build-to-suit, in the Greater Houston area. Current projects include Beltway Business Park on the South Belt near SH 288; and Port Crossing Commerce Center on SH 146 in La Porte, near the Barbours Cut and Bayport Shipping terminals.
